Ingredient(Four presons)
Vermicelli (Dry) 200g Imitation crab 4 pcs
Mushroom
(Enokidake mushroom, Shitake mushroom, Shimeji mushroom)
100g Cryptotaenia 20g
(A)
Water 4 cups (800cc) Kelp tea with Japanese plum flavor 2 of teaspoon (12g)
Soy sauce 2 of teaspoon Sweet cooking rice wine 1 of tablespoon
 
How to make
(1)The vermicelli is boiled to hardening with enough hot water.
(2)It well washes in water then the moisture is removed.
(3)The fish sausage tears thinly. The mushroom is divided into a small bunch excluding the stone. Cuts the Cryptotaenia in 2cm length.
(4)Inserting (A) in the pan and boiled it, then it boils quickly adding the imitation crab and the mushroom.
(5)It warms it adding the vrmicelli in 1)
(6)It boils quickly adding the imitation crab and the mushroom.
(7)Serve over the serving dish and put Cryptotaenia on it.
