Steamed rice with many imgredient
Energy: 649 kcal, Salt content : 2.4g, Cooking time : 40 minute
 
Ingredient (for 4 person)
Rice 3 cup (120g per person) Kelp tea 6 of attached spoon
Chicken meat (from the leg) 150£ç Shitake mushroom 2pcs
Carrot 1/4pcs Sweet cooking rice wine 1 of tablespoon
Soy sauce 1 of tablespoon Ginkgo 8pcs
Split pea 8sheet
 
How to make
(1)Rice is washed for cooked about 30 minutes before, then put in on the bamboo basket.
(2)The chicken meat and the carrot are slice cuts. The shitake mushroom is thin cut.The fried bean curd pulls out oil and slice cut it.
(3)1) is put in the rice cooker and the soy sauce and Sweet cooking rice wine is added and water is poured into the scale line. Then add and blend 2) and the kelp tea then boil it.
(4)Booil Split pea well and Ginkgo sticked by pine needle.
(5)It steams for about ten minutes when cooking is completed, serve over the serving dish then decorate split pea and Ginkgo on it.
